Applications for Judicial Review at the Superior Court of Québec and at the Court of Québec
The supervisory and control power of the Superior Court of Quebec over decisions of the Court of Quebec is provided for in article 34 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which provides that the Superior Court has a general power of judicial review over Quebec courts other than the Court of Appeal. In administrative matters, when the Court of Quebec itself appeals against the decision of an administrative body or tribunal, the decisions rendered by the Court of Quebec are often final and without appeal. Only an appeal for judicial review in the Superior Court remains possible.
We can represent you before the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court of Quebec for your disputes against the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI).
